Delivery and Returns

Delivery

P.M. Surf Shop (Porthcawl Marine Ltd) will usually despatch your items within one working day (24 Hours) of an order being placed, subject to stock levels. If there is to be any sort of delay we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard delivery times and are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays etc). Items will usually be despatched on the same day provided they are ordered before 13:00 (1pm) on that day. If you make your order after 13:00 on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

The standard delivery cost for all items are INCLUDED in the price for each item. This is subject to a £10 minimum order value, and does not apply to the Highlands and Islands or international delivery. Please telephone for details.

This will incur costs of £6.95 and does not apply to very large or heavy items. Please telephone us if you require this service.

Most items should be delivered within three to four working days, once they have been despatched. However other methods of delivery can be arranged i.e. pick up from store, next day delivery. Some destinations may take longer to deliver to. If you have any doubts or questions, please call (01656784785) or email us at info@porthcawlmarine.co.uk . We reserve the right to, in very rare cases, alter the above details at any time, although you would be contacted before any un-agreed extra monies would be taken for your transaction.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its *original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Porthcawl Marine, will still be payable by the customer, though the return delivery charges will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you paid by card the refund will be made to the same card.

* When trying on any item, if you find that the item is the wrong size, please be aware that if there are any marks on the item (from deodorants/creams/make-up etc.), we may be unable to refund, as the item is no longer in its original condition. The item must also have any swing tickets/labels attached to the garment, for it to be considered in original condition)

Please email info@porthcawlmarine.co.uk with your order number and which items you wish to return, to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please re-package the goods and send to the address below:-
